I finally told my husband about these thoughts I have now an again. Sometime I have daydreams while I'm driving. They all involve being in a car accident. It started recently when the time change occurred. It became very dark very soon. Even though I have not seen any dear in this area that we moved to, I would have visions of deer jumping out in front of my car and causing serious damage to myself, my car, and other vehicles around me.
Now that the rain has picked up in the area I am having visions of hydroplaning and spinning out of control and hitting other cars, not being able to break in time when a car stops and a pile up occur, hitting a flooded area and my little car getting slept away.
All of these thoughts makes me panic a bit while driving, but as they go on I do get use to them. Husband thinks that it is somewhat normal. He has heard of writers often envisioning themselves dying in some why and using it in their writings. I don't write so I don't know any way to turn these thoughts into something positive.
