That is my trouble. One time I drew someone a dragon and I kept asking questions ...they got a little annoyed but point is I agree with you.
I would commission you! I have no idea what to charge or pay...maybe look at other artists and see how long they have been drawing/painting? Also someone on twitter said if the artists/you are too cheap people should tip more to even it out.
